Job Specification:
Well established Irish company is currently recruiting for Technical Support Technicians and Technical Support Engineers for their new start up operation in Lodz, Poland. Positions are permanent full time.
Company’s profile:
· Company offering on site verification, validation, screening and rework capabilities, as backup for busy support engineers or as sole support.
· Verification of power supplies, batteries, motherboards, processors, video cards, modem cards, memory cards, hard drives, tape drives, floppy drives and CD-ROM drives. All data is entered on a database and sent to the customer via e-mail.
Skills Necessary / Requirements:
· 3 rd level Technical qualification (diploma / degree) in Electronics / IT or similar
· Previous experience in similar position an advantage, but not essential
· Ideal candidates will be hardworking; enthusiastic; liable, loyal, able to work on their own initiative
· Level of English: very good – fluent (must be able to communicate with customers over the phone)
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Software analysis
· Hardware analysis
· Testing
· Preparing documentation
· Dealing with management
· Initial Training will be provided in Ireland
